Jordan is a titled Musculoskeletal & Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with over 17 years experience treating and caring for patients of all abilities and ages. He is passionate about providing an exceptional level of service by conducting thorough assessments and a comprehensive rehabilitation plan.
In addition to helping people of all levels and abilities regain function, recover from injury and get back to the sport and activities they love, Jordy loves mentoring and helping physiotherapists develop their skills.
Jordy prides himself on leading a professional, caring and collaborative team of physiotherapists to ensure that patients receive an exceptional level of service and care. Brigitte Grofski
As a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for empowering individuals through effective rehabilitation, Brigitte specialises in treating injuries of the hip, knee, ankle, and pelvis. With years of experience and a deep understanding of biomechanics and functional anatomy, Brigitte is committed to helping patients regain mobility, strength, and optimal performance.
Brigitte has a special interest in the treatment and management of hip, back and pelvic pain, lower limb injuries and after pregnancy. Her comprehensive integrated clinical and person-centred approach ensures patients feel supported in reaching their goals and achieving successful outcomes. She is passionate about helping and guiding patients step by step on their rehabilitation journey through comprehensive assessment, education and specific rehabilitation programs tailored to the individual’s needs. Taleha Moroney
Taleha is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing through personalised, evidence-based exercise.
Graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2025, she gained valuable experience during placement in Toowoomba and St George, where she developed a strong passion for supporting local communities. Taleha enjoys helping clients build confidence, manage chronic conditions, recover from injury, and discover that exercise can be both effective and enjoyable.
She is committed to creating supportive environments where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals and make lasting lifestyle changes.
Outside the clinic, Taleha can often be found training for her next triathlon, staying active outdoors, and challenging herself through new fitness goals. -

Santhi Berkmans
Santhi is a dedicated and compassionate Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 15 years of experience assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. She specialises in treating acute and chronic Musculoskeletal conditions, postoperative rehabilitation, neurology, sports injuries, and workplace injuries.
With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she incorporates a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and patient education to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Her patient-centered approach focuses on individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than just symptom relief.
Santhi is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and staying up to date with the latest research and best-practice guidelines to provide excellent care. Do you take GP referrals?
We provide care under the Chronic Disease Management Scheme, where a GP Management Plan (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs) have been developed. We accept these and process Medicare rebates and the gap fee on the spot.
Do I need a referral?
No you don’t need a referral to attend South Burnett Physiotherapy. You can call the clinic for an appointment or book online. We will ask a few questions over the phone to get a snapshot of your injury. We will guide you on anything you need to prepare for your appointment to make it as smooth as possible.
What payment options are available?
We offer a wide range of payment options. We process private health payments on-site at the time of your visit. We welcome Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) appointments, Work Cover claims and NDIS patients.
What should I expect at my first consultation?
In the initial 45 minute appointment, your physiotherapist will discuss the nature of your symptoms, your story and what your goals are.
Physical Examination:
Your physiotherapist will assess your movement and utilize specific physical tests to aid in your diagnosis. Your physio may also assess surrounding joints and areas for their involvement.
Treatment Plan:
Your physiotherapist will devise a treatment plan based on your examination and the latest available evidence. This plan may include some exercises to complete at home utilizing an app or printed examples!
